Manufacturing Control.
Ensuring smooth production requires dedicated personnel on the ground providing real-time feedback. Oerus works with clients to optimize their supply chain efficiency by providing hands-on, micromanaging production oversight necessary to ensure your products are produced per specification and shipped out on schedule. We are also highly prepared to conduct crisis management for clients experiencing manufacturing issues with their existing suppliers.
Production Oversight.
We conduct technical on-site inspection of bikes and components from the sampling stage, to in-process production, to final production. From years of experience, we have designed strict and effective means for inspecting complete bicycles, e-bikes, wheelsets, and general components. We help clients to build custom, product-specific QC guidelines for surface quality requirements, technical details, and performance benchmarks.
Quality Control.
Oerus offers a straightforward set of standard quality control services to act as a neutral third-party for on-site inspection of bikes and components as they first flow into production and finally to container trucks for shipment. From our years of experience, we have designed strict and efficient means for inspecting different kinds of product – from complete bikes and framesets, to various bike parts like saddles, handlebars, drivetrains, and wheel sets. We have also designed up-to-date inspection procedures for e-bikes, eMTBs, and speed pedelecs. Our QC guidelines are on par with international standards and specific to the type of bicycle, material, function, and design.
